The applications below provide different ways to search for and compare gene expression data for the fruit fly Drosophila melanogaster.

Search Gene Expression Data by Gene

• search/gene-expression :: view microarray data from FlyAtlas and in situ images from BDGP and Fly-TED, for a single D. melanogaster gene

If you're only iterested in the FlyAtlas data, try search/flyatlas-by-gene. If you're only interested in the in situ images, try search/insitus.

Search Gene Expression Data by Gene Batch

• search/gene-batch-expression :: view microarray data from FlyAtlas and in situ images from BDGP and Fly-TED, for batch of one or more D. melanogaster genes

Search Gene Expression Data by Tissue Expression Profile

• search/by-expression-profile :: search for genes matching a tissue expression profile (e.g. up in testes, down in all other tissues)

For Bioinformaticians: Web Services
